This document sets out the legally binding terms governing use of the nx150s platform between users and the platform operator. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by nx150s, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To be eligible to use nx150s services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- Register only one active account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
- Providing registration information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
During registration, you are required to provide a unique username, a strong password, and an active Malaysian phone number for verification. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other party.
Nx150s will never ask for your password via email or message. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately at [email protected].
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. Such violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the nx150s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB via online bank transfer.
Deposit
- Minimum deposits are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change from time to time
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment is confirmed
- Deposited funds are for entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred to third parties
- Nx150s reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before processing large deposits
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed
- Processing time is within one business day for standard methods
- Nx150s reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review and compliance purposes if suspicious activity is detected
- Any bonus received is subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted
All transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Nx150s is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times. nx150s will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the nx150s platform are the exclusive property of nx150s or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Nx150s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, duplicate account registration, or any behaviour that disrupts platform operations. Legitimate funds in the account at the time of closure are subject to the withdrawal procedures in place.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the nx150s platform should first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
